Where do you deliver?

United States of America, 48 states. We do not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Priority Shipping is $8.80

Where will my order be shipped from?

Central Florida.

How long is shipping?

Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days. *Due to COVID-19, post office delivery times are affected across the U.S. The Golden Goddess is not responsible for delivery delays after orders have left our establishment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

How long will it take to process and prepare my order before it’s shipped out?

Within 1-4 business days.

How can I track my order?

Customers will be provided with a tracking number (via email) after order has been shipped.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders are processed, prepared, and shipped in 7-10 business days.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

Email us within 24-48 hours upon package arrival and you will receive a replacement package at no additional charge. Send image(s) of damaged package.

Do you have candle safety guidelines?

Yes. We highly recommend customers read our Candle Safety Instructions to ensure maximum safety and correct candle maintenance.

Does The Golden Goddess issue refunds?

No refunds, credits and/or exchanges can be issued for extenuating circumstances. Credits and exchanges do not include shipping and handling fee. Please contact us.
